What are the benefits of being a Star Supporter?

When you sign up as a Star Supporter, you will have guaranteed tickets in every Prize Home Lottery.

It's a monthly membership that unlocks FREE exclusive access to member-exclusive bonus draws and perks.

There is also no lock-in commitment and you can cancel at any time.

If I become a Star Supporter, can I change or increase my monthly membership?

Yes, you can change your membership at any time by contacting our Customer Support team by email or phone. 

I’m a Star Supporter, when will I be charged?

If you pay for your membership by card (most do), then your card will be charged on the 15th of each month. If your payment succeeds, you'll automatically receive tickets into the next-closing Prize Home - keep an eye out for the tickets in your inbox or mailbox!

If your card payment fails, we'll contact you about how to update your payment details (if necessary) and automatically reattempt payment again between the 19-27th of each month. If you'd prefer to pause your membership instead, simply contact Customer Support.

If you pay for your membership via a direct debit arrangement, we will initiate the direct debit between 1-15th of each month. The exact timing of when the money is deducted from your account will vary based on business days and your bank's processing payment speed - but reassured the funds will be 

If your payment method continually declines for several consecutive months, we may automatically pause your membership. Simply contact Customer Support to resume your membership when you're ready. Remember, while your membership is paused, you'll be missing out on all the great benefits of the membership program - so don't delay!

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership by contacting our Customer Support team with your request.

After cancellation, you'll no longer be eligible for any of the member-only bonus draws or benefits. Your existing tickets, purchased while your membership was active, will remain eligible (subject to the relevant draw and Star Supporter terms and conditions on the website).

Please note that removing payment information online will not cancel your membership automatically.

After removing payment information online, any additional purchases made may add new payment information to your account which may resume your membership if it has not been properly cancelled.
